Double Room To Rent Unfurnished

Housemate / Lodger wanted.

We have a double room in our 3 bed house to rent at £400 pcm. This includes all bills. The room is unfurnished, it has a built in cupboard for storage, windows on both outside walls so very light and a radiator to heat. We also have plenty of attic space for storage if needed. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, bathroom, conservatory, front and back garden and parking for 2 cars. The house has Wi-fi, Freeview, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. The house is located in the picturesque village of Rottingdean on the outskirts of Brighton and is on bus route 2, and is a 10 minute walk from routes 12, 27, and 14 which run frequently along the coast into central brighton.

There are 2 guys in the house and we are a gay couple, both in our early 30's. We are fun and outgoing and enjoy a laugh and are looking for someone similar to share the house with. We are both smokers but never smoke inside the house. We also have cats so animal lovers only please. As mentioned, the room is £400 per month including all bills, this would be paid monthly. We don't ask for a deposit but rent is paid in advance and the letting length is completely negotiable.
