Rottingdean - Friendly sociable housemate wanted

I live in a lovely 3 bedroom detached house in Rottingdean, Brighton. 1 road away from the sea. Less than 5 minute walk to the village and beaches and just a few minutes walk to the bus stop on the coastal road which can get you into the main city in just 20 minutes. The house is a 3 bedroom house with ample downstairs space, nice big kitchen and a garden plus a hot tub which you would be welcome to use when it's on.

The room to rent is a double room at the back of the house with a garden view. It is currently furnished with a single bed but you are welcome to bring a double of your own. It also has 1 chest of drawers plus use of a double built in wardrobe. The house is a 2 minute to the bus stop which runs to the centre and train station very regularly.

I am 29years old, gay female and live here with my 5 year old son and 2 cats Joey and Teddy who are very friendly. I work from home 5 days a week so Im usually around all the time.

We are very sociable and at the weekends we quite often have friends over for drinks or visiting or we spend our days on the beach or out in the fresh air. During the week, we are a little more laid back and stay at home most evenings.

Would like someone fairly social that I would get on with and someone who likes to share a bottle of wine with me now and again, but equally respects personal space and doesn't need to be entertained all the time. There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath and separate shower and also a downstairs WC.

You of course can make full use of the downstairs of the house as well - as long as you don't mind children but my 5 year old is called Alfie and is fairly well behaved (as 5 year olds go!) and sleeps through the night so you won't be disturbed in the night. He is an early riser though and isn't always very quiet - however he is only here every other weekend so there is a little window of quiet time every fortnight!

The price includes all bills, high speed unlimited fibre optic broadband, full use of garden facilities and kitchen facilities as and when you please.
