Lovely Single Room Available in Rottingdean

Please come and share my house with me and lets create a home full of laughter, kindness and good food!

My mother taught me that our homes are a place of sanctuary and that's very much how I like to see my home and I would love to share that with others.

My children have now left home so I'm renting the two spare rooms out at my home in Rottingdean, in a quiet and peaceful area, backing onto woodland and the Sussex Downs. The double has now gone, with the single room still available.

I'm a busy and professional male who works in healthcare, who is a happy and contented Buddhist who prefers relative quiet and stillness rather than wild parties and crazy dramas and would prefer someone who is compatible with this. If its a party house you are looking for, this probably isn't a good choice for you.

I have two cats who enjoy the company of human beings and as I'm often away from the house during the day and some evenings and weekends, it would be great if you are happy to share the house with them and to show them some kindness.

The rent for the single room is £550 per month, including bills, sky and wifi, with one months deposit required in advance and references.

Each bedroom has its own TV with built-in DVD player for relaxing to a film and shared use of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

Parking is available on the street outside and there are buses passing by on the nearby Falmer Road or on the coast road, which is a ten minute walk away. This location will work better for people who have a car or motorbike as we are in a quiet and peaceful location away from any busy roads.

I'm looking for people who are clean, tidy and respectful professionals who are preferably non-smokers. No couples please and LGBT people are welcome.

This is a perfect house if you want a sanctuary to rest, to enjoy healthy food, peace, laughter and your own privacy and space.

There lots of great walks to enjoy on the downs and the beach, with easy access to the City of Brighton and only 10 minutes drive from both Brighton and Sussex Universities, the Royal Sussex and General Hospitals and a few minutes to Rottingdean beach.
