Hi.
This is a lovely calm and quiet space within my three bedroom house. It is ideal for short term lodging from a week to a few months.
The room overlooks the fields and garden to the rear of my house. It is fully furnished and is a light and airy room. There is a large kitchen/diner overlooking the garden. A spacious living area and Broadband is included.
We are in a quiet location on the outskirts of Rye and within walking distance of the town. There is off road parking, a garden and beautiful walks across the fields and into Town (5 mins to walk) we are close to Rye Harbour and the conservation area along the beach (10 mins to drive). The property is in a quiet area but close to all the amenities of the town.

I have a wonderful rescue dog from Spain who is very friendly.
