I have a large double room with an adjoining shower room. It would be nice to share with someone sociable. I would like a person that respects privacy especially when friends or family visit. Rent to be paid on time.

My home is clean tidy and I am friendly and easy to get on with. I have a friendly lively lurcher who is 2 years old that stays every weekend and a black cat.
The leisure centre is a 10 minute walk and is not overly busy. The train station is 5-10 min walk. There are plenty of places to enjoy food.
