We are looking for a friendly, tidy, female lodger to rent out our spare single room in our home. The house is modern with good public transport links and on the edge of the town near the South Downs Way.
Shared use of one of two bathrooms and kitchen with washer dryer also available. There is a downstairs washroom and room in the garage for storage. We have a dog and a cat so must like animals. Students welcome.
I work full time and am a single mother of 2 girls (9 &12 years old).
They live here during the week and are away at the weekends during which time I am mostly working so the house is mostly free then.
The room has an ariel point for TV, small chest of drawers, bed with excellent mattress, clothes rail, mirror and side lamp. The views across the fields are most agreeable.
