Big Double Room Almost Like Studio!

We have a big double room which is separate from the rest of the flat and is even on its own separate level with own back door. Room is big enough for a double bed, sofa, wardrobes, desk, tv etc. Tenant would be provided access to the kitchen an bathroom and would have their own cupboard allocated with use of our fridge and freezer if wanted. The flat has a separate entrance next to the room for rent so you'd have your own door pretty much. Our dog is very friendly but could be kept away from you and your space if wanted. We have a newborn baby but don't be put off, you wouldn't hear us from your end of the flat. A 1 minute walk from Seaford train station so great for commuting, and I can do your washing if you want for a small fee. Anything else you need to know please feel free to ask.
