Hi, I have a Double room available in Southwick (residential area). Close to bus stops and train station and the Holmbush centre (Next, M & S, Tesco) and to South Downs if you're more of a country person :)

A short drive to Brighton town centre or a short journey on the bus:
46: about 2-3 min walk to the bus stop
2, 2A, 2B, 59,: All run along the main road (approx. 5-10 min walk).
700: Runs along the seafront.
Car parking available free on street (with the possibility of a driveway parking space) and there should be no problems finding a space nearby.

There is a patio garden at the back, bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen with small dining area, spacious lounge. Tivo box, Wireless broadband, Landline phone (free evening & weekend calls to other landlines), Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Dishwasher, Central heating.

Currently shared with two females, we are quite laid back and social and we would like to share with another girl.

Bills are included in the price (Double Room = £400pcm).

Rooms are furnished:
Double Room: Double Bed, Chest of drawers, Built in wardrobe. Other furniture can be arranged if needed.
