Room to rent in comfortable house.....

Hi... My name is Tony and I currently have a comfy double room available to let in my 2 bedroom terraced house. It has been recently decorated throughout the house and is on a quiet street which is conveniently located within walking distance of shops, train stations and bus stops. It has a small back garden which catches the sun for most of day during summer months but does need work doing to it which due to weather will probably have to wait until it improve.
If you are not from the area, Southwick is on the coast and is around a 10 min journey into Brighton & Hove, so you can benefit from living in a peaceful area knowing that its not far if you want to go into town for a night out.
I'm happy for short term lets but would be nice to find someone who will stay for 6 months.
I'm friendly, tidy and sociable and would like to meet someone similar. I'm not looking for a new best friend but would be nice to meet someone to sit down for dinner with every so often and chat or even go out for few social drinks.... Don't want to just have someone to say hi to when we pass on the stairs.
Ideally I am looking for someone to move in beginning of May but may be able to let you in earlier if required. I'm also happy to consider switching rooms and letting you take the larger bedroom if you required the extra space but would expect a higher price for this room.
