Looking for a flatmate
Hi,
I am 22 and in the process of buying my first flat and looking for a young flatmate to share with, starting in the next couple of weeks.
The whole flat will be furnished except the bedroom, small'ish room but will fit a double bed and wardrobe.
The flat has a communal garden, 2 mins walk from Southwick station and 2 mins from pubs/shops and all free parking surrounds.
I am looking for someone who wants to start with a 6 month lease and possibility to extend.
Would prefer someone who works full time as I do aswell.
