I have a lovely bright double room for rent in a brand new, big, stylish, clean, quiet but not too quiet flat with lovely bedroom views. The double room is furnished with a new king sized leather bed with a memory foam mattress, bedside table, draws, vintage wardrobe and TV stand. I live here with my long term boyfriend, Ashley. We am looking for the right person to share this lovely new flat with us as a home.

The flat comprises of and includes:

2 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, bathroom, kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer and a American style fridge freezer. Theres a hall way, and a lovely front and back garden. The whole flat has recently been refurbished so everything is brand new.
I have free unlimited on road parking and wifi. The flat is walking distance to shops, Coop, banks, restaurants, pubs, post office, butchers, travel agent, chemist, off license, library, doctor and dentist.

5 mins to bus stop
5 mins to the train station, with easy access to London, Brighton, Hove and Worthing
2 mins to motorway.
All bills included, tax, water, electric gas, tv license, wifi etc.

Deposit of £500 and references would be greatly appreciated.
