Two newly decorated bedrooms

I have two newly decorated rooms both have just had new carpet laid in them. In a large semi detached house on the outskirts of Brighton.
Two minute walk to bus stop, which goes straight into Brighton.
A ten minute walk to Holmbush shopping Centre, which consists of Marks & Spencer, Tesco's & Mcdonalds, also nearby is a Next superstore, with the local swimming pool nearby.
Very close to the Downs & other local amenties, Including a post office, Greengrocers, Butchers, Cafes & Pub.
Iam looking for somebody who is either in full time work or at uni, this is my family home,& would suit someone who likes Cats & Dogs, we are a easygoing family, but you are responsible for keeping your room tidy & cleaning up after you have used the bathroom & kitchen.
The property has 2 bathrooms & 3 toilets. The largest bedroom measures 3metres by 4metres .
Use of the large kitchen & dining room for eating or socialising .I also have a separate cozy lounge which has a log burner for relaxing winter evenings .
