Large Double Loft Room

Hi there, myself 22 and my partner 26 are looking for someone to rent our top loft room which has recently become available due to friends moving on. We are expecting a baby in May which hopefully wouldn't be a problem to anyone moving in as the loft room is out of the way and peaceful if needed!

The house is In Southwick and a 2 minute walk to the station. It has off road parking available and permit free road parking. There is a large kitchen and dining area, A sperate lounge, 2 bathrooms (shower/bath), a small garden with a outhouse where the dogs are kept when needed there is also Virgin media and wifi included.

Abit about us.... My partner works full so it's mostly me thought out the day. We are both down to earth easy going, like music, cooking, & having a laugh! We are just looking for someone or a couple to join us. If you are interested and would like to no anymore plz call or txts me Frances thanks
