Clean, friendly person for beautiful house-share

Hi guys,
we soon have a lovely double room available on the first floor. The rent is £90 per week including all bills. The house is quite newly refurbished, with lovely communal kitchen / diner and separate lounge, 2 bathrooms, small pretty garden/ courtyard. Bus stop 1 min away. Walking distance to Lidle's, Coop, town, cafes etc. All mod cons. The current sharers would like to find a friendly, clean person to share with. Rent includes gas, elec, council tax, water, broadband etc.
The landlords would like to find someone who is considerate to others, pays the rent on time, and does not have partners to stay.
