WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone who:
Is Considerate and friendly;
Working 9 to 5 or similar. (not night shift);
Enjoys their own private space;
Is reasonably tidy, (uses wardrobe, drawers, bin etc...)
Is fit and healthy
NON Smoker. (Not an outside smoker)

RENT
Rent to be paid weekly in advance.
One week plus deposit when you first arrive / start of stay.
Cash or internet.
Please be willing and do not wait to be asked.

LOCATION:
We live in a quiet and pleasant location with country and woodland walks nearby.
Food is served at the local pub which is about 15 or 20 minutes walk.
There is a Tesco covenience store; a pizza take-away, hair-dressers and cash machine about 10 minutes stroll away.
Tesco and Asda Super Markets are a few minutes by car. Sainsbury is just off the A21 as you drive into Hastings.

TRAVEL BY BUS: Bus No.22 and 23.
The stop is about five minutes or so walk from the house.
Travels along London Road for St. Leonard's shops and station and then along the sea front and into Hastings town centre.
A 7 day bus ticket can be purchased from the driver for approximately £15.

TRAVEL BY CAR - Approximate times:
Sea-front - a few minutes.
St. Leonard's - 5 minutes.
Hastings - 10 minutes.
Bexhill and Battle - 15 minutes
Eastbourne - 25 minutes.

TRAVEL BY TRAIN:
The local station is:
'St. Leonard's Warrior Square'.
This station is approx. five minutes drive away and is on the bus route.
For direct trains to:
London Charing Cross and
London Victoria.
Bexhill-On-Sea, Eastbourne and Brighton.
Rye and Ashford International station for Eurostar.

AIRPORT ARRIVAL:
Trains run from Gatwick airport directly to, 'St. Leonard's Warrior Square' station which has a Taxi office at the front of the station.
