Friendly, clean and tidy person wanted for a flatshare – single room available £320 a month including bills
I’m a 31year old primary school teacher and moved to Uckfield back in the summer and am now looking to rent out my spare room, available now. I’m looking for anyone who’s tidy, clean and respectful and interested in either short or long term. The flat is a two bedroom flat located in q quiet area of Uckfield, 10 minute walk from the town centre and close to countryside. The room is a good size single room (although could fit a double in it) with plenty of storage space available in the property. The flat is warm and comfortable and well looked after and also has it’s own garden as well as off street parking. Please get in touch if you would like to know anything else.
