Double Room To Rent Uckfield East Sussex

Hi,

My previous housemate has now moved out and I am looking to get someone in, preferably female, and a professional.
The property is an end of terrace with large rear fence enclosed garden.
When not busy working the house is sociable with plenty of visitors at times, but my late night partying days a pretty much numbered now!!
Very friendly and laid back atmosphere, and pretty easy going with chores. all I ask is for a little help with keeping the property tidy.

Looking for someone who is easy going and has a relaxed but professional outlook on life. oh and a wicked sense of humour is a must in this household.
