Room to rent in lovely new house

Hello,

We are three professional single young women, looking for someone to move into a new house with us. We have found a new property that has 4 double bedrooms and we are looking for someone to fill the extra bedroom. We would all be moving in at the same time as we haven't yet got the property, so it is by no means "our space" and you will most certainly not be "invading" us!

We are all super laid back. You will catch us working in the weekdays and socialising in the evenings and weekends. Each of us have a wide circle of friends and have lived in the area for over 10 years, so we would be more than happy to introduce you to our friends and show you around.

We haven't been able to find a fourth housemate as all our friends are settled or have other plans. So we would love to have you on board!!

The place is unfurnished, but we have already combined the basic furniture, so all you will need is a bed and a wardrobe and anything else you have can come too (there is lots of space available)! Kitchen appliances are already installed, including a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

We would all be paying the same amount in rent and it will amount to approx. £400 plus bills and extra costs.

One of us smokes, pets MAY be considered.
