Double room in friendly house (Mo-Fri)

Hi there,

We're looking for someone to join our house with 2 guys, 1 girl and 1 dog in Woodingdean, Brighton.

Our house is a laid back and sociable one with 3 young professionals aged 29, 33 & 33.

All bills are included - fibre optic wireless broadband, council tax, gas, water, electric, tv license and sky tv (in the living room only). The house also has shared use flat screen tv, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. We have a home gym in the garage which consists of a high quality multi-gym / weights machine, olympic free weights, rowing / cycle machine and turbo trainer.

The bedroom itself is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and three chests of drawers.

The house is situated in Woodingdean, a nice quiet suburb just on the edge of Brighton, nestled in amongst the South Downs.
If you drive it has free roadside parking and takes around 10-15 mins into the centre of Brighton. If you don't drive, the number 2 bus goes from the bottom of the road and takes 20-30mins into the centre of town.

The University of Sussex and University of Brighton's Falmer campus are a 10-minute drive away. There are a few buses connecting us to the universities and a recently opened cycle path.

Now let us introduce ourselves - we're Phil and Philly and we run a small business (Pier Pressure Escape Rooms) in the centre of Brighton. We are also the proud owners of a huge but very friendly, 6 year old three-legged husky cross labrador called Woof.

We also live together with Ben, who runs his virtual reality company in Brighton and sometimes has his girlfriend Kim and dog Tim staying. We always try to spend time together with our housemates, watching TV together and taking it in turns to cook.

We're currently looking for someone who needs the room Monday-Friday only (at £400/month), although if you need it for fewer nights we'd be happy to decrease the rent accordingly: 3 nights a week = £300/month, 2 nights a week = £200/month.
