*Wanted* Fun, Tidy FEMALE for Amazing House!!

'Dizzy Heights' is on the outskirts of Brighton in WOODINGDEAN- This is 10 mins DRIVE from Brighton's City Centre. Parking is unrestricted so it'd be perfect if you have a car and don't want to be constantly worrying about getting parking tickets. For non drivers the 22 bus goes to the City centre from the top or our garden path every 10-15 mins and can take around 25 mins to get to town. It is only 5 minutes drive from here to both Sussex & Brighton uni's...

It is a gorgeous 3 bedroomed semi detached house with lovely 50ft South-facing garden for BBQ's/ sunbathing in Summer or snowball fights in Winter!! I bought the shell of the house 7 years ago and have spent all my time and money doing it up so a it's pretty swish place to call home equipped with an American style diner booth, glass brick breakfast bar, large flatscreen TV, sea views , all open plan with modern décor, lovely bathroom etc (see attached pictures).

The room available is a bright, decent sized double with panoramic views towards the sea and downs. It is currently furnished with a comfy double bed, ikea chest of drawers and a huge built in cupboard with hanging space. It is double glazed, has gas central heating and a TV point.

Gas/ Electric/ Water Bills* Council Tax* WIFI Connection- Hi speed broadband and TV License are all included for your £525 pcm.

Residents are myself- Victoria aka 'Bixie',a Travel Consultant (33) Kyle, my boyfriend (28, Analyst - and worry not, though we say so ourselves we are awesome and not a slushy annoying couple!) and Szymon (25) a very friendly Polish chap who works with health supplements. Also part of the family are a pair of Chinese Dragon looking Persian cats called Whisper & Magic, Mr Miyagi- a white puffball of a rabbit and a pretty funky fishtank so somebody who likes animals is preferred!

The perfect housemate would be someone who is friendly, super clean and tidy in communal areas, sociable and has a good sense of humour (we occasionally do dinners together, dvd nights & the odd clubbing/ BBQ's eve. We have some great friends so it'd be nice for you to get involved with them and introduce some of yours too :) This is not a party house but we do like to have fun of an occasional weekend and would like someone who would be up for joining in :)

You MUST be clean & tidy....Your room is obviously your own space but the rest of the house likes having clean surfaces, hoovered floors, emptied bins and a clear sink- if this sounds too much like hard work then please don't apply (it's not that we are uber-fussy but we have had some seriously lazy people & it has been upsetting sharing with them when they have had no appreciation for the amazing house that they are in). We are over giving guys a go at getting this right so girls only please. We are a totally open-minded household so gay/straight/bi potential tenants are all welcome to apply...
