The house is located on a quiet residential street with off-street parking available for car drivers.

For travelling into London, local transport links, including local train station - Ockendon Station (C2C Line from Southend to Fenchurch Street) and easy access to A12, A13, and M25 for motorists.

Local Amenities:
We are situated in the much sought after area of Kenningtons which has lots of green-spaces for weekend strolling plus is next door to a park and nature reserve. There is also a local grocery store, post office.
Lakeside shopping centre is also only 10 minutes away. It has over 250 shops, cafes and restaurants.
