Nice room to rent

I have a double room to rent in my home that I share with my two cats Mork and Mindy. My home has a relaxing lounge area and conservatory, well maintained garden with decked area and hot tub, fully fitted kitchen, sky HD T. V. and broadband. The house has fitted smoke alarms and ADT security. Both rooms are fully furnished with TV/DVD, wardrobe; all new linen supplied. It's a clean & tidy home.
My home is also close to a bus stop & Basildon train station is about 5 min drive as is Basildon hospital & town centre, short drive to 24hr tesco in Pitsea.
I am an easy going friendly person. I work at Basildon Hospital. I like a chilled and relaxed atmosphere, its a happy house, not for party animals! The room is for rent from October 2014.
I am happy to consider mon-fri or full time. If mon-fri renting, I can provide laundry and room cleaning.
I provide all house cleaning + products.. tiolet rolls etc. I also provide tea/coffee, milk all for a small extra onto rent. It has worked well with previous lodgers...gives you more free time...
