The house is located within easy reach of Basildon Town Centre it is on two main bus routes with easy access to both Basildon and Pitsea Train Stations.

The house is in a secluded and quiet cul-de-sac, it also has a lovely garden backing onto a school, so quiet in the evenings when using the garden.

The room is available Monday to Thursday nights for £480 per month. Smokers may smoke outside but sorry no pets.
