Why be a property guardian?

Our guardians get the opportunity to live in high quality buildings and places with large amounts of space at their disposal. Often unfurnished.

They get to experience many different locations which may otherwise be out of reach financially. Guardians do not have to pay any utility bills or council tax and can expect a licensing fee of £50 – £100 per week.

This is the only cost they have to pay for their accommodation and they are free of the stress of dealing with utility companies and councils.

Commercial space opposite Basildon Station, 10 mins to Stratford/West Ham via District & Jubliee lines, 25 mins into Fenchurch St. Station.

Large self-contained (kitchenette) clean units, new shower installed. If you have friends you personally recommend ask them to reply separately and they may be invited to view. Space for 4 guardians max. Huge communal spaces. Cinema, dining area, living space.
