Large Double Room in Friendly Home

This is not a house share….I have a large double room to let in a clean and modern home in Basildon (one other occupant and two small but friendly dogs). The room is 18 1/2 foot by ten foot and furnished with a new double bed, chest of drawers, double fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet (additional storage can be provided and towels and bedding is also included) There is a shared bathroom fitted with both bath and shower. The house is less than a year old so is decorated and furnished to a good standard and is close to shops and the town centre. The lounge has SKY and the bedroom has Free view (own TV will be required). There is also a small garden as well as allocated parking next to the house. All bills included except food but there will be fridge/freezer and cupboard space to use
