The house is only a two minutes walk from Laindon Train station and one minute from bus stop. Taxis are always available at the station in case you need to get a taxi.
Walk for less than 10 minues and you are at Laindon Shopping centre to shop at Cooperative or Lidl, or to eat/drink at pubs/restaurant. You can also takeaway from several restaurants at Laindon Station. NHS GP is just 5 minutes walk away.

The house has a spacious kitchen with big dining area. The kitchen is fitted with gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and storage cupboards. Also you have access to the garden from kitchen and dining area.

The bedrooms are at first floor. The Room is carpeted and furnished with a double/single bed, a big wardrobe offering plenty of storage, a chest of drawer and mirror. Rooms are well lit and have a window for natural ventilation and lighting. The bathroom is at first floor and an extra toilet at ground floor.
