2 bedroom flat share in benfleet

Room available in 2 bedroom flat share in benfleet, available at the start of August when my current flatmate moves back to Ireland.

It is a single room, but is big enough to have a double bed in the room, which is currently in it. It is a furnished flat, so everything is provided. There is a large wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room, with storage also in the bottom of the bed.

The rent is 375 pound per month, this does not include bills. The deposit is 375 pound too. Everything goes through the estate agents so both names are on the tenancy. Bills are not included, however they are very reasonable. Extra payments include council tax, electricity and gas, water and broadband.

Shared living room and kitchen, but own bathroom with a shower and a bath in as my bedroom has an ensuite. Kitchen includes washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer and electric cooker.

There is one parking space with the flat but many spaces available on the road the flat is on. At the moment, me and my current flatmate take it in turns to use the parking space.

There is a storage shed in the car park, which is secure, for big items you may have to store.

I currently work full time at a nursery and would prefer someone who also works full time.

References required and this is done through the estate agents.
