I'm in a 3 bed property in Benfleet and looking to rent out the other 2 rooms. Both doubles one larger than the other. Larger room is 3mx2.7m and overlooks the garden and the smaller is 2.5m x 2.3m at the front of the house. Both rooms will fit a double bed and each comes with own cupboard space (each about the size of a standard airing cupboard). Rooms are available as soon as possible and rent includes bills (gas, electric, Internet, tv and water). The house has been recently renovated throughout with brand new kitchen, bathroom and living room, new carpets, new doors etc. Ample parking either at front of house or on adjacent road (house is at the end of the road).
