Due to Change of employment of one of my current house mates I will have a very nice double furnished room becoming available in my modern three (3) bedroom bungalow at the beginning of May 2012.

15 - 20 minutes walk to South Benfleet station with Fast trains to Liverpool street and Southend. 5 minutes to local shops & Buses.

Comes with use of the modern fitted Kitchen - sitting room - 200 foot garden for use in summer and off road parking space on wide frontage.

I live in and I am an easy going straight 61 year old male who now having packed up work is not around a lot.

The other housemate (Rich) is a 38 year old male College Tutor who teaches computer games at Basildon college he is clean and Tidy, Rich has been a flatmate for 12 months but should mention he will be moving out in July 2012 when he moves back home to Portsmouth as his contract with the college ends.

The Bathroom in the picture is next to the room and is shared only with Rich as I have en-suite facilities.

I am clean and tidy and expect any prospective housemate to be the same clearing up after them selves.

Looking to find one house trained professional who above all is considerate to the other sharers for final flatmate (M / F)
