I have a double room for rent in Billericay, 15 minutes walk to the station and high street. Female preferred. All bills included. Internet included. 1 other female flat mate. Must be working.

The current flatmate has a cat. The room is furnished with a built in wardrobe, two chest of draws, double bed, bedside table and tv with Amazon prime. The maisonette has everything you need.
