I am looking for a third tenant who must be respectful with regard to sharing the house-hold with others. Two weeks rent upfront will be required as a deposit plus a week and will be returned when the tenancy ends, subject to any breakages or unfair wear n tear to the property. It is a 'quiet' house and would suit someone of a similar disposition.
