The room size is 3.4 x 3.7 metres and has been recently decorated (pale grey/Dulux Goose Down) with new curtains, wooden blind. The room comes with a white bed frame and comfortable memory mattress.

The double room (On 1st floor) is spacious with 3 windows and 2 large fitted wall to ceiling wardrobes.

A lodger has their own kitchen cupboard for food and half the space of fridge with a freezer box.

The en suite bathroom is large, with bath, separate shower cubicle, 2 windows and fully tiled walls (white)

We are looking for a clean and tidy professional male (age 25+) who preferably does not work unsociable hours (early starts from 5.30am onwards are fine). An employers reference is required.

Usual facilities such as washing machine, cooker, microwave, crockery, cutlery, washing/drying up items are available to use. (Not dishwasher or tumble dryer).

Lodgers have use of dining room, conservatory (with sofa and chair) & kitchen.

Myself, husband (Jeff) live in this clean, modern and quiet 6 bedroom detached house, set back from a quiet road, with ample parking in Great Notley, Braintree.

We do not smoke and we do not have any pets.

For security reasons, we not allow lodgers to have visitors to the property.

The property is secured with an alarm at night and when empty.
