Hi I have a large double room available in a ground floor flat, which is fully furnished ,and recently renovated and in a nice quiet area of Braintree. I'm looking for a flat mate who will treat my flat like a home, as about 85% of the time I will not be there. I'm likely to be there maximum 1 day a week .all bills are inclusive. You need to be a non smoker. I have a old cavalier King Charles spaniel who will be with me when I stay so you need to like animals .... Not be allergic to animals. My dog is fine with cats so would be OK if you have one. I'm really easy going, and want someone in my home when I'm not there to look after it. If this sounds like you please get in touch. Thanks.
