The room becomes available on the 23th March 2024. On average guests stay for between 6 to 9 months so be sure to take this opportunity to snap up a really nice room that doesn't come up very often.

Prices quoted are based on single occupancy, couples & families are not considered.

NO pets, NO smokers, NO exceptions. References maybe a requirement from your employer and/or previous landlord. Short weekly lets will be considered @ £95 per night (5 nights minimum.)

Time restricted on street parking is permitted, as is free parking in a nearby car park. Parking is available on the grounds but subject to availability.

All tenants are always working professionals & council tax is included in the rent.

TIP: If you're a down to earth (down in the trenches) type of person then you'll fit in very well here. The cancellation terms are 30 days either side if for some reason the arrangement isn't working.
