Hi, I have a large double bedroom to rent in a four bedroom detached house in Pilgrims Hatch near Brentwood. The property has two modern bathrooms upstairs (both of which are newly redesigned) and a toilet downstairs, along with spacious living areas and an enclosed garden and patio. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Facilities include a shared washing machine and tumble dryer, modern kitchen equipment, and a large flat screen TV in the living room. Sky, broadband and all bills are included.

Off street parking is available and there is a local shop, takeaway and post office opposite.

I am a 40 year old professional female with a fun sense of humour. I am a clean and tidy person and am easygoing to live with. I spend some of my time away from home and can therefore offer a good balance between company and peace and quiet as required!

I have a very friendly boxer dog who also shares the home when I am there. He is well behaved and quiet and is out of the house when I am.
