One single room in quaint little cottage in Brentwood.

It is a 4 minute walk from Brentwood Station which provides an excellent link to Liverpool Street and a 6 minute walk from the High Street, with all the usual High Street shops, Boutiques and great bars and restaurants.

The single room is £300 per month and is nice and sunny.

There is a cosy lounge room with comfy sofas, TV and dvd player and a kitchen with large fridge/freezer and washing machine.

All bills are included apart from council tax.

You will be sharing with one female and two friendly cats. We are all chilled out and I work full time in Central London and like going out and chilled out nights at home.

I am looking for a fun, chilled out and relaxed person to share a home with.

The room is available from 4th April 2015.

I would prefer someone Monday to Friday but will consider 7 days a week for the right person
