The house contains all mod cons, including dish washer, washing machine, broadband and sky tv. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom in addition to a downstairs cloakroom.

The bedroom itself is newly decorated with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and carpet. There is a spacious lounge, with a dining table, large TV and comfy sofa. This leads into a secluded garden.

Off-street parking is available and there is additional storage space in the boarded loft.

The price per calendar month is £650. This includes all bills.

A little bit about me: I work in sales, travel alot and often work from home during the day. The house is too quiet in the evenings with just me in it, so am looking for a sociable house mate who wants to share a home. The best time for viewings is evenings and weekends.

No pets I'm afraid as there is already a rather territorial cat in place. He is self-sufficient so wont be any bother.
