The house is situated near to the main road, therefore has an easy access to public transport (bus stop 50 meters down the road, 351 and 81 run very frequently). Also 5 mins walk to Shenfiled station if anyone needs to get a fast train into London, and 10/15 min walk to Brentwood high street.

Communial Living room, kitchen (with all appliances- fridge, freezer and washing machine and a cooker) there are two bathrooms in the house. All in very good decorative order, new carpets, white painted throughout, double glazed. Gas central heating keeping the house warm. This house has a back garden & a drive way.

It's a quiet and friendly house. the space would normally be shared between 3 house mates max. The house is quite spacious and spread out. I am looking for responsible individuals that respect others.
