Small cosy double room for rent

I'm searching for a flatmate to share this nice and cosy apartment in Brentwood. The house is in the centre (only 6-7 mins walk to the high street and 5 mins to a big Sainsbury's) and it's situated on the ground floor. There's a kitchen, a living room and a small bathroom with bathtube. The area is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I'm searching for someone who is clean and tidy and not too noisy as I'm often working in the early morning. All the bills are included in the rent except wifi (around 10 pounds per month) and electricity as I use the key and we can decide together how much to top up and when. Cable tv is not available as I always used it only as a screen for the computer.
I don't mind smokers as I sometimes do, but it's obviously not permitted to smoke inside the house.
I am a friendly person and even though I don't mind to have someone who only sleeps here, I would like to create a friendly environment in the house.
