Our home provides all modern conveniences, separate dining room, lounge and fully fitted kitchen.

Will consider anyone as long as they are friendly and in work. No DSS, sorry.

Must be clean, tidy and a NON-SMOKER.

The kitchen has all appliances including a dishwasher and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a wifi broadband internet connection to all parts of the house.

5 minutes drive to town centre. 3-minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes drive to Benfleet rail station for C2C line to Fenchurch street.

Close to the beach and near to the local shops and social scene. Sports centre and golf course is very close by.

I will accept people who only require short-term accomodation.
