I have on offer a double furnished room and a single room in a house which has recently been decorated. The room is for single occupancy only.

There is a large lounge/diner and the garden backs onto Waterside sports centre.

There is a also a smaller room (we call it the den) which overlooks the garden. This has seating and a TV in.

Full use of all living areas. Kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher. You will have allocated space in the large fridge and cupboard space for food.

There is wireless Broadband internet connection to all parts of the house.

House backs onto fields and local sports centre is five minutes walk away as is golf course.

Close to Benfleet railway station and there is a bus stop at top of road. Easy access to all secondery schools both on the Island and in Benfleet, as well as Seevic college.

Must be clean, tidy, a NON-SMOKER AND OVER 30.
Sorry NO couples, pets or DSS.

Must be working and a shift worker is not a problem within reason

Will accept people who only require short-term accommodation.
