Hi!

We have a spare room to rent out in our flat just off Chadwell Heath High Road. Short term lets preferred. Price will be different depending on how long you'd like to stay.

About the room:

The room will come furnished with the basics: double bed, mattress, duvet pillows etc, 3 door wardrobe, side table. The room has an attached ensuite bathroom. It has a toilet, standing shower and sink with a very large mirror and lots of surface space.
The room has a large window that lets in lots and lots of light. Room is also very tall.

About us:

We are a professional couple that are hardworking, chill and very very busy. We have fun, love to chill after work and like to batch cook. We are open to socialising with you if you want but also appreciate people need space! I spend most of my time at home on the couch relaxing with the TV for company! I also like to read and play games and bake (a lot!) He has shift hours so is in and out at different times but always comes home quietly.

We're looking for preferably short term lets and are looking for between 850-900pcm.
