Large Double Room with Luxury Ensuite, near two bu

I have a lovely, newly decorated, double bedroom, with a large, luxury en suite.

There are the three bedrooms, two of which are already occupied.

It is a large and spacious bungalow, with a communal living room, and a beautiful kitchen. There is also a very large, well maintained garden.

The property has off road parking, however parking on the road is not an issue at any time. There are two bus stops within 3 minutes walking distance, it is a short bus ride to Chadwell Heath Station and the other to both Newbury Park/Gants Hill Stations. Ilford, Romford and Stratford are all easy to get to for shopping and socialising, and there is a Sainsbury's and Tesco only a short bus ride away.

There are two young kittens, who are very playful and energetic, so it is important that you are comfortable with them being in the house.

Although there is a cleaner that comes to clean the main parts of the house about every three weeks, everyone tries to keep the place tidy, to be respectful of each other.

All bills are included, and the deposit is a months rent.
