Hi All!
I have a single room, furnished with brand new bed and desk. There is also a large wardrobe. The room is part of two bedroom flat and you would be sharing with myself for now. The rent will be £450 per month inclusive of bills.
The flat itself is relatively new build. Both Goodmayes and Chadwell Heath stations on the TfL rail line are around 20 mins walk away or around 5 - 10 mins by bus no. 173 to Chadwell Heath station. It's not too far from various local amenities such as shops, supermarkets and gyms.
The room is small but cozy and ideal for a student/graduate/professional person who will respect and look after the place. I am an accountant myself and work in South London.
One months deposit would be required as will references. I can't always take calls but if you leave a message/text then I will get back to you.
