Flat is stones throw from Chafford Hundred Station which is in the Oyster Zone and just 30mins from London. Also 5 minute walk to lakeside. Small double room for single person available with built in storage, Living room and kitchen already furnished with more storage space available. Large bathroom with shower over bath. Designated parking place. Flat is alarmed. Sky TV in front room, unlimited BT broadband and phoneline. Cost of room includes share of bills. I do have plans to make the place more homelike but not been here for long so haven't had a chance yet. Would prefer British flatmate
