Double room to rent in Chelmsford with parking

Hi,

We're looking for a nice, fun person to rent the 3rd bedroom in our house.

The house is massive and comes with a nice drive so lots of off-road parking, double garage and a huge garden. There is a big kitchen, sitting room, dining room and a conservatory along with Sky TV (with all of the sports channels) and 60mbps broadband.

The house is about 1 mile from the centre of Chelmsford (easily walk-able and takes about 20 minutes). Although you could walk to town or to the station each day for work, the house is probably more suited to someone that has a car and drives to work.

The 3rd room is a small double room but it has everything including a double bed (with drawers underneath), chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Providing you are not a recluse and live in your bedroom, the size of the room doesn't matter as you only sleep in it and you get the benefit of an amazing house for relatively little money. The 3rd room is £410 inclusive of all of the bills with 1 month deposit.

So a bit about us, I'm 27 and run my own business from home, Stuart is 32 and works in Maldon. We rent the house so no worries about living with the landlord! Both Stuart and I like our sports. Stuart likes football, golf and tennis. I'm really into running but like most sports. We're both pretty laid back and easy going, like a laugh and going out when we can.

We're looking for a nice, fun person to share with that has a full-time job, ideally of a similar age. Without sounding too cheesy, we want to find a nice house mate that becomes a friend rather than just someone that pays the rent and hides away in their room.
