This double bedroom available in a quiet family home in Moulsham Lodge (CM2 9JR). The room has got a double bed, integrated wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

The room can be rented from Monday to Friday or Monday-Sunday (min. contract three month) or long term. The house will be shared with me and my partner. All I ask is that you treat our home like your own and look after it respectfully. References required for renting. ( ID, References from work and previous landlord, and must have/show their DBS)

The room is for one person only. No sleep overs, no relatives, no pets, no parties and non-smoker only.
