🏡 Comfortable room currently available for a single young person, home sharing with us at our 2-bed bungalow. Must be considerate, responsible, clean and tidy.

🛌🏼 We are located in a pleasant and quiet area, close to local supermarket and bus stop for Colchester; good G4 mobile reception and mobile data included.

🚌 We are 2 km from railway station, 2.5 km from town centre, 5 minutes from bus stop to Colchester / Essex University (40-minutes on Hedingham & Chambers X76 service).

👫🏻 We are a semi-retired vegetarian couple, with a friendly elderly dog, so we do NOT allow MEAT in our home (but you do NOT have to be a vegetarian) 🐶
