Walking distance to town centre (20 mins) train station (20 mins)(1 hour to London, 40 mins to Stansted). On bus route. Parking and Garden. All bills inclusive excluding phone and food. Extra storage in garage for small monthly fee. Minimum let: 1 month. 1 weeks deposit on moving in, rent to be paid weekly in cash. Rent Books/Agreements to be used if your stay is over three months. Invoice can be provided for under three months. Students and professionals only.

Please note that prices in advert are full rate. If ALL lodgers in house are students can be reduced by £5. 00 for week to take into account discount on community charge.

As a live-in landlady I have been renting my rooms out for 12 years now to all ages and nationalities. The house has been extended at the back top and bottom and its layout is such that everyone can have their own privacy within reason.
