I am an easy going resident landlady, My two grown up children are also currently living here and two lovely cats. I work as a shiatsu massage therapist from home using a building in the garden. The bungalow is close to the university. (35 minutes walk) and 15 mins walk from the town centre. it is also close to 2 local train stations, for access to London: Hythe and Colchester Town, (10 mins walk). At the end of the street are bus routes that go directly into the town centre, and to Colchester North Railway station and in the other direction a bus goes to the university. Tesco Hythe, Co-op and Aldi supermarket are 5-10 mins walk away. Wi-fi internet, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, gas central heating and wood burner. All bills are included. Very large and clean bathroom, large garden and patio. This home would suit a quiet mature student/post grad student or professional person happy to live in a friendly quiet household. Parking places available on the street. there is also a car park next to the park opposite the house. All bills are included for £120 per week or £500 per month if preferred to pay monthly.
